I'm looking for a rather quiet place, with a nice roommate. I don't have a big problem with anyone touching my things as long as they ask before hand. I also am pretty respectful to anyone else's rules, and expect the same. I don't have any pets, but I love animals so I really wouldn't mind a dog or a cat.
