I am a UWG student with a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom house. I have one room to rent, preferably to a female student because bathroom is shared with other renter (also a female UWG student). This house is 2.7 miles from campus. You will have use of kitchen, living room, laundry...etc. Your room is furnished with bed, dresser, desk, chair, bookshelf, closet.
