I am an Oil&Gas professional seeking a room to rent in the Midland/Odessa area starting in Mid-July. I will be working long hours so i promise not to get in on your way. I am very clean educated African-American man. Pets are ok with me as long as they don’t like dark meat. Yes, I have a sense of humor and I am very easy to get along with. I can the 1st and 2nd months rent up front if need be. Ethnic background doesn’t matter as long as I am in a safe environment.
