I am renting 1 bedroom in my 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. I am 5 min from Downtown spartanburg and 35 from downtown Greenville. I have one German Shepherd (will not be in your room and in crate or fenced in yard while I’m at work (full time). I very clean but laid back and approachable, always available to answer any questions of concerns. The house is fully furnished with free parking, wifi, heating air, trash service weekly, washer/dryer, fridge, stove. Oven, dishwasher, etc.
