The rent is $1000 a month which includes utilities and a garage space. The utilities included are high speed internet, cable TV (unless you want your own router), electricity, water, snow removal, and garbage removal. The space is my entire downstairs of my split level town home and it has its own bathroom. The house has a laundry room, full kitchen, fireplace, deck, grill, 2 stall garage, and street parking. I am 20 years old, female, non-smoker, I work full time, quiet, I have a cat and dog.
