Looking for something long term. With the rent I would need everything included like utilites but willing to pay extra for internet and cable. I am a very neat person and I would be needing to have my fiance move in with me as well. He is also a very neat and clean person. ×r work everyday except sundays and wouldnt be home often so we wont bother anyone by being loud.
