Hello, I have a room for rent in my beautiful 4 bedroom house in Surprise. I’m a mature single mom (14 year old son here part time) who is quiet and easy to get along with. I have 1 dog here all the time and 2 other dogs that come when my son is here. They’re all very friendly. I’m renting a room w/ a double bed included and the use of one bathroom. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and you can even see the stars at night. I would like to get $650 a month. It is available ASAP.
