Hello I am a 34 yr old male and pretty quiet guy for most part. I do not smoke but do drink alcohol. I would rather if you smoke please go outside. I do not usually have people over sometimes maybe a female friend. I really am in need of a roommate. I rent a small older 2 bedroom house off of Carpenter st. I do not want any trouble at my house and trying to keep my nose clean. Can’t risk it. All you would need to pay is $230. I pay the other. You have access to anything but my room. MC
