My boyfriend and 2 year old son and I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom third floor apartment with one of the bedrooms available. Wifi and utilities included. Off street parking. Bed included. Private bathroom. Not picky, must be able to pay rent up front and on time every month. Laid back. We are smokers, and do not accept cats. Must be more than happy to clean up after oneself
