You will have your own bedroom with private bathroom connected to bedroom and a walk-in closet. Downstairs has a spacious living/dining area and a good size kitchen. There is a small patio out back. I'm not far from Barrett Pkwy and just a few miles from I-75. I will be including all utilities in the rent, which if you think about it is a bargain with what I'm asking for. I do have three cats, so it's a must that you can tolerate animals. There is parking out front for two vehicles.
