Center of Wallingford with tons of restaurants and things to do. I am clean, friendly, and reliable looking for someone similar. I keep to myself for the most part. I am fine with guests as long as they are respectful. Typical bills are about 80 dollars as Wallingford has cheap electric. No pets allowed unfortunately. Spacious room and plenty of parking. Close to highways and route 5. Near bus routes.
