Center of Wallingford with tons of restaurants and things to do. I am clean, friendly, and reliable looking for someone similar. I keep to myself for the most part. I am fine with guests as long as they are respectful. Typical bills are about 80 dollars as Wallingford has cheap electric. No pets allowed unfortunately. Spacious room and plenty of parking.
