Hello, I have a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house with a yard in a quiet neighborhood. You would have your own room that is about 10 ft by 10 ft and a bathroom that you would share. The other roommate and I are both females in our 20's. We both work and I am also finishing up my undergrad degree. I have a dog that does not get along with cats because he is a hunting dog but is friendly with other dogs. Rent would be $400 then everyone splits utilities (gas, water, electric, internet).
