For the upcoming sememster we have two girls that will be living in the house. We are still looking for two more. The house is close to resturants, stores, and parks. No pets are allowed unless discussed with the landlord. We would like a tennat who doesn't smoke, keeps the main living areas clean after using them, and is repectful of others property. Utilities are included in the monthly rent. There are celing fans in the open room, and the room that is still open will share a bathroom,
