Just looking for a room to rent in a semi quiet house with semi quiet roommates who value privacy and give same. I spend most time in my room and not in living room area. Need use of kitchen. Prefer to split High Spd Internet. I like AC and not windows open. Last room I rented with 2 older women didnt like AC so I was hot all the time. Had to get own window AC unit. I like 75degrees and under, especially at night when sleeping. Will keep AC cost down but not sweating. Windows open when cold out.
