I'm a college student in the city, looking to stay here for the summer and potentially years after. I have a 40+ hour a week job ready that I currently am part timing at. I smoke but am willing to go outside and away from any doors. I'm good with pets and I clean any mess I make. Bills and other payments will never be an issue, and I'm always reachable on my phone. Can only move in after May 1st.
