Hi , I am 20 years old High school graduate , waiting to attend college , I am friendly , quiet, caring , courteous, clean, organized and easy going. I understand and would like to know any rules beforehand. I like to spend most of my time reading, at the gym or on the computer. I don’t have many friends so it will just be me for the most part. I am looking for a decent room until I get stable with my new job to apply for a apartment. Say preferably 7 to 8 months
