I'm not too sure about the sizes or when the house was built, sorry! But we are in a nice, quiet neighborhood only a few minutes away from Northshore Square Mall and the interstate. The rooms are nice sizes with a lovely guest bathroom. There is a large front and back yard, with a fire pit next to the 2 car garage. We even have a sun room with large wall-sized windows to look into the backyard. There are perks to rooming with us, contact me to find out!
