It's a quiet neighborhood just a couple of blocks away from WSU campus (2 min. bus ride on J & I Routes/ 10 min. walk); Near multiple gas stations, Denny's, the movie theater, hospital, and Safeway; Along the Chipman Trail (great for cycling, jogging, rollerblading); Lots of closet and storage space. You'll be taking over our portion of the lease and sharing the townhouse with our current roommate (his name is Will; a Zoology major; very laid back).
