I am a 48 year old professional female with a 12 year old chocolate labrador retriever. I live in Lakewood Ranch in a 3 bed, 2 bath, 1800 square foot home. I am considering renting a bedroom and private bath for $800 per month. You must be a professional working adult with no criminal background, good credit, proof of income, and references. No overnight guests unless you talk to me first. I would prefer another female, but will consider a male. Wifi and utilities included.
