Price includes all utilities. 1 room for rent in a 3 bed/1 bath ranch house with a basement. House has 2 cats. Smoking outside only.Living room and basement have couches, tvs and game consoles for roommates to use. 2 people live there now: 1 works full time and is working on a degree. Travels for work occasionally. Usually in bedroom doing HW or playing a sport. Occasionally watched tv/plays video games. 2nd roommate plays video games in his room when not working.
