I'm currently a student at WTC in the Graphic Design program, graduating in May. My housing situation has suddenly changed, and thus I just need a place to stay during school days. I work out of town, and so may only be at home 3-4 nights/wk. I'm an ideal tenant, am responsible and quiet, and have cash for several months up front. I'm an older student, but am not opposed to living with younger people given that you are respectful and tidy. I'm fun and friendly, I enjoy cleaning
