This is a very nice house in Mansfield. It's only 10 minutes away from Arlington. Very nice location. Will have a pool table in the second living area. We are both 25 and work together. My 8 yr old will be living with us but don't worry about her getting into your things, she has manners. She visits her father often and when she's there every other weekend, we like to cut loose. We plan on having a few get togethers but nothing really wild and crazy. The house is in a very nice community
