Looking for someone to take-over my lease for May 1 (or later) - Aug 2. It's for a fully-furnished private room in a 4 bed 2 bath unit (but the room is on the very end, so you do get more privacy). You would be living with 3 nice, very friendly girls and a small (but adorable!) emotional support dog. The apartment has in-unit laundry, and the building has security and includes lot of amenities such as a 24-hour gym. Great view and location. FEMALES ONLY
