It's a house in a quiet neighborhood less than 5mi from the University of West Georgia and about 3mi from the Square. The room is 12ft by 19ft. It's technically a den so it's the only room on the 2nd floor. You will have your own bathroom but you will have to come down the stairs to use it. The closet is also downstairs unless you want me to provide a wardrobe. Pets are negotiable depending on size and #. Currently there are two female in the house, but a male or female renter welcomed!
