We will paint the room your choice of color, you will recieve dinner 6 nights a week(let me know what you like)as you see you cant get all whats included for $550.00 a month thats usaully what you just pay for rent. I dont allow cats or big dogs small dog okay if trained and spayed or neutered. We are clean people like to watch alot of movies we stay to ourselves. We want a drug free tenant.
