I live on the 2nd floor of a triplex less than a mile from UMD. It has a balcony with a view of the lake. The unit has 3 total bedrooms. The third bedroom is small, so I would like to use it as a hobby room/art studio. Rent is $1000. We also pay for our own internet. It's usually less than $50/month for utilities. We have radiator heating so electric doesn't go up in the winter. There is some off-street parking, but we share with many ppl. I have 2 dogs and a 4 fancy rats. No cats - allergies.
