I have a private bedroom & bathroom available for rent. $450 per month all utilities included(or 350 + half utilities)- you just pay for your own food and toiletries. I do have a 4-year-old Golden Retriever. If you could occasionally let her out to do her business, we both would appreciate it! I am an easy-going and quiet adult with a sarcastic sense of humor.
