About this household
I have a room coming up for rent on February 1st. It is 1/2 block from the beach (nice break for surfing) on 1st street in seal beach. Smoking OK but preferred outside on porch. (I'm a straight 26 year old professional who works in Newport Beach in the financial services sector). The bed room isn't huge but the view and location are why I love this place and you can walk to the restaurants, bars, and shops on main street in a few minutes. Please reply ASAP. Thanks, -Paul
