The room is REALLY big. Have own bathroom and large closet. I have a dog that weighs around 50lbs. She's super sweet and does not attack other dogs; so obviously I don't care about someone having a pet. I am 21 and would like to live with someone close to my age. I have no gender preference of whoever moves in. I have lived with girls and guys before so it makes no difference to me!
