SWM, 50, straight, intelligent, courtious, great sense of humor, open minded, handy-w/own tools. Don't drink/smoke or use drugs. I do have my 215 card and one small 10 year old well behaved 1/2 Chihuahua/terrier looking for home to share (or mother-in-law house, cabin, trailer, etc) He gets along great with other pets inclulding cats. Experience working with the disabled. Willing to trade handy man skills for $$ off rent but not needed.
