I am a single dad with half custody of my children so they are not home all the time. I work long hours and spend several nights a week at my girlfriend's house. It would be cool to find a roommate who is a single mom or dad. I don't mind pets but you will have to pay the pet deposit. Smokers are ok (outside only) and drinking is ok in moderation. I'm an open minded person so anything goes as long as you pay the rent on time. Male or female- it doesn't matter.
