I'm a young professional male in a local tech company looking for a housemate (single person or couple, no pets!) to move in September 1st. You'd be signing a month-to-month lease but I prefer someone that can commit for close to a year. You will have the master bedroom and a full bathroom. The apartment has a washer and dryer.
