Summary

Looking for (larger) room to rent. I'm quiet, spend most of my time in my room, except when preparing meals, and I'm respectful of common spaces. I have a guaranteed income that increases yearly, tho I no longer work. I also have an 11 month old Service Dog, who is 7 months into her 2 yrs of training. She is to be a replacement for my last Service Dog that I had for 7 yrs, and recently passed. She isn't a pet, she is medical equipment. I also have a cat. She's a pet ?? I can supply references.
