We have a room available in a 3/2 at Arelia James Island (www.areliajamesisland.com) Arelia has a great location on Gate Parkway about half a mile away from St. Johns Town Center and right in between JTB and 9A. The community is gated, has an internet cafe, an amazing 24/7 gym and pool. About us: We're two females who have been roommates for a while now. One is 24 (professional turned nursing student) and the other is 27 (professional). We very responsible yet easy-going.
