I own a wonderful funky 1400 sqft Townhome off of E290. The neighborhood is quiet and ideal, great location...only 20 minutes from downtown but green. I am a 34 yr old professional, travel a little bit, have a wonderful well behaved dog, I am active but live fairly quiet at home, friendly but not in need of a best friend, am a Christian, but won't bible thump you. I would like a roommate that pays rent on time, keeps common areas clean, communicates, not a partier (at home). Thanks!
