I have a spare bedroom available for $600 a month. Utilities would be $125 flat rate. The house includes a large backyard with above ground pool. Shared bath room part of the time. I have a 9 year old daughter so must enjoy kids. I also have a Shar Pei but not looking to add other pets. Thank you!
