House well maintained. Move-in date after 5/15. Room can be unfurnished or furnished. Our home includes me, 61 year old female (head matriarch!), my 17 year old son, and 26 year old male "roomer". We keep things friendly, upbeat, and free of drama. Prefer non-partying type (at home that is!). Son & roomer play guitar in rock bands and "roomer" is a music teacher& has a recording studio. They practice elsewhere so we "unplugged" & rather quiet at home.
