I have a( one) large master room, with King bed and furnished room for rent in my upscale large home for one person, ( no couples) or families, or pets, we are near Hendrix college and downtown Conway, we have city living with a country flare, we have a privacy fenced yard there is a pond and horses and cows in the rear of home(not ours)but backs up to our property , it is beautiful, has a private entrance, large furnished room about 600 sq ft with 2 large walk in closets, large bath
