Likely relocating permanently; need nice place for at least several nights a week as I relocate my practice & wrap things up in Ft. Wayne (personally & professionally). Perhaps more nights as time passes, 6-12 months total?, depending on how things progress incl. FW home sale I'm 51, courteous, neat, financially secure, have 1-2 dogs I might like to have with me now & then, 60 pounds total!, trained; you'll love 'em; they're best friends, splitting them up is among toughest parts of this parting
