I bought this two bedroom apartment for the hell of it because I wanted to be in the Williamsburg area closer to my job. Realized I won't be using the second room since there is so much storage so might as well rent it out. I've furnished everything except that bedroom, I expect whoever ends up renting this room to respect things that are not theirs; as will I. Pretty down to earth individual. I appreciate cleanliness. I have three cats (one hides all the time) so no other animals are allowed.
