Furnished except rented room. cherry floors and new paint. Renter can paint room. pets negotiable, $500 rent plus 1/2 electric bill. I will cover the rest. I will be there at times but not often, renter will basiclaly have the place to yourself most days. Bus line across street. Cable also installed in living room.
