I am closing on a beautiful condo in Bremerton. It has 2 bd 1 ba on the second floor. Kitch and Bath remodeled. Fireplace and balcony in excellent cond. All appliances inc. Furnished except rented room. cherry floors and new paint. Renter can paint room. pets negotiable, $500 rent plus 1/2 electric bill. I will cover the rest. I will be there at times but not often, renter will basiclaly have the place to yourself most days. Bus line across street. Cable also installed in living room.
