Yeah so im looking for either male or female basicaly someone who can pay there bills my intent was to get this place for me and my gf. 1 bedroom total rent is 525. so (275 each) and eletricity and cable will be divided equaly. since my gf is not moveing in i cannot pay this place alone. just wondering if anyone would be interested in sharing this place with me. (eletric and cable is seperate) so its around 375$ a month per person total. (buy your own food of course)
