The place has two spacious bedrooms with a full Jack and Jill bathroom. You would have the larger room and you have your own sink. The downstairs has a half bath, kitchen area and patio. Two car garage, washer/dryer, air. I would like a roommate (preferably a student or someone who works full time) who is clean, a non-smoker or smoke outside, and responsible, not a big drinker and who doesn't mind loud music and the fact that I sing in the shower!
