The house is a 3 Bedroom 1 Bath (going to be 4BR 2 BA) with large living areas. The smaller bedroom will be $300 and the larger will be $375 plus utilities. Utilities will be split 3 or 4 ways. I am planning on putting wireless internet in the house so that will be a plus. It is close to Sanford, Augie and USF. It is also close to snow routes so in the winter you don't have to worry about getting to work/school. Hardwood floors, patio, laundry, and 3 season room.
