Community style living in which four bedrooms, each independently leased, share a kitchen, living room and bathroom. Housekeeping is included in rent. One air conditioner is provided by the landlord for each tenant to use during the summer months. Gas, electric, cable, and internet are paid by the tenant. Heat and water paid by landlord. Lease required with first month rent. Security deposit also required.
