The house is 3 BR 1.5 Bath, near Hwy 94 , Bank, Nelson grocery store, post office, library. The house is very clean in quiet neighborhood. There is only 1 occupant now. You will have your private bedroom but share bathroom and kitchen. Will be available on August 1. I’m very private and quiet person. I work night shift. Most of the time I will be in my room on my day off. Very neat, clean and organized person, no smoke and no alcohol drinking . Looking for female roommate who has similar inter.
