I have a brand new home with a bedroom and bathroom in the ground floor. There is a garage space. We would share the kitchen and laundry. I am looking for someone to help pay the mortgage but also to become a friend and simply share daily life to some degree. I have a dog and a cat. I am a home body but want to expand my horizons.
