Sun Key. Looking for a profession or grad student. I'm pretty laid back, but I am a teacher so my weekdays are pretty structured and I'm not out to party very hard. Not say I don't have the occaisional fun. THe apartment itself is going to be refurbished in November with all new everything, appliances, dishwasher, counter tops, carpet, etc. At that point the rent jumps about $25 per person. Just looking for anyone cool and intelligent who isnt a total slob. I like to keep common areas neat.
