I am renting out a room in my two-bedroom home. It is a ranch with a fenced backyard located in a calm, quiet neighborhood right near 495. It is located in the Mount Vernon neighborhood of South Lawrence on the border of Andover. Washer, dryer, kitchen, and living room are all shared spaces, as well as a basement that we are finishing.
