I am a single mom with a 15 year old son, who I have every other week. I have a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath brand new townhome in Clayton. I have a room for rent with possible private bathroom. The room right now has a full size bed and night stand with lamp. I am very clean, non alcoholic, no drugs, not loud. I work Monday-Thursday.
